The cadence is the story. A solo founder using AI tooling seriously can design, build, ship, and operate a product estate that used to take a department. That claim gets made a lot right now, usually as a prediction. Here it is a record: each product went from idea to public URL under one pair of hands, and each one stays maintained because live software is a promise, not a launch event. The failures got shelved. What survived is what you see.
